Dump and Delivery Terms of Service and Payment Authorization Form

1. Dumpster Rental

Dump and Delivery agrees to rent a dumpster to the Customer for the purpose of waste disposal at the location specified by the Customer during the rental period. The rental period shall commence on the delivery date and terminate on the scheduled pickup date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

2. Prohibited Waste

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the following materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in the rented dumpster:

– Food Waste: Including but not limited to perishable food items, spoiled or rotting food.
– Tires: Any type of rubber or vehicle tires.
– Paint: Including wet paint, paint cans, and paint containers.
Hazardous Materials: Any materials defined as hazardous, toxic, flammable, or explosive.

3. Rental Charges and Payment Authorization

The Customer agrees to pay the rental charges as per the agreed-upon rate for the rental period. Payment shall be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company shall have the right to terminate the rental and retrieve the dumpster if payment is not received within the specified time.

4. Damage or Loss

The Customer shall be liable for any damage to the dumpster while it is in their possession during the rental period. The Customer agrees not to remove or relocate the dumpster without the prior written consent of the Company. In the event of loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the Customer shall be responsible for the replacement cost or repair charges, at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the rented dumpster, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or environmental contamination.

6: Overage Fees

In the event that the weight of the contents exceeds the designated weight limit, an overage fee will be applied. The overage fee will be calculated at a rate of up to $100 per ton for any excess weight beyond the allowed limit for the specific dumpster size.

Our overage fee policy is in place to cover the additional costs incurred during the disposal and transportation of overweight dumpsters. We highly recommend that our customers carefully estimate their waste volume and weight before renting a dumpster to avoid any unexpected overage charges.

7. Information retention
